You can search counselors and therapists listings for the send mail button or all counselors and therapists have a Send Mail link on the left-hand side when you click on their member name and get directed to their listing.

When this button is in the counselor's listing, the counselor or therapist is away right now and not taking calls. You may contact them via email. Click the counselor's button to proceed or click on the Send Mail link in their listing.
