The Healthy Psychology Center review system is built around your community voice. This feature gives you the power to view the experiences of other members with a particular psychologist, counselor and therapist, as well as leave your own comments and rate your experience after a call and mail interaction. These comments and ratings from customers, like you, are valuable indicators of the reputation of a psychologist, counselor or therapist. Please be sure to leave your comments so that other members may benefit from your experience.

Ratings: After you make a call, you'll be asked to rate your experience from that counselor or therapist by using either your touch-tone keypad or the web (depending on where you end the call) to rate your satisfaction between 1 and 5 stars (5 stars being the highest and very satisfied).

After you received a paid mail service, you'll see a page inviting you to leave feedback in the form of a 1 to 5 star rating, along with written comments which will appear alongside the listing.

Feedback: After you've left a star rating as part of your review you're encouraged to leave written comments about your experience as well. Qualifying your star rating with written comments will help other customers in deciding whether or not to speak with a counselor or therapist. Please use caution and good judgment when leaving written comments. What you write can be read by other customers, and you cannot go back and edit your remarks - they become a permanent part of that listing's performance history.

Good to Know: The stars displayed next to a listing are the average ratings a particular listing has received. The numbers below the star average indicate how many times a listing has been reviewed. Customers may only review up to 3 paid transactions (calls or mails) of $2.00 or more per day with any given Counselor or Therapist. Reviews and written comments must be completed within 90 days of the transaction. Your written comments will be visible for 18 months.
