How do I know if an advisor is "available" to talk now?
An advisor is available to speak with you if you either see a "call now" button or the toll free 800 number with an extension in their listing. See below for examples:
What do the other buttons mean?
When this button is in the advisor's listing, you can arrange a call with this advisor and they will be alerted that you'd like to talk with them. Click the advisor's button to proceed.
When this button is in the advisor's listing, you will not be able to contact the advisor immediately but you may send a call back request or make an appointment. Click the advisor's button to proceed.
When this button is in the advisor's listing, the advisor is away right now and not taking calls. You may contact them via email. Click the advisor's button to proceed.
You may also send Mail to see when they'll be available, or arrange a call in the future in one of two ways:
